The Sensory Behavior Core offers a variety of sensory and motor tests on mice on a fee-for-service basis. Tests of thermal sensitivity, thermal preference, mechanical sensitivity, visceral sensitivity, responses to inflammation and nerve injury and a variety of sensory/motor tests are available.

Washington University Pain Center
The Sensory Behavior Core offers a variety of sensory and motor tests on mice on a fee-for-service basis. Tests of thermal sensitivity, thermal preference, mechanical sensitivity, and a variety of sensory/motor tests are available. For specific services and testing apparatus that are available please contact the core.
Fees:
$30 per hour for Washington University Pain Center Investigators;
$40 per hour for Washington University Investigators not affiliated with the Pain Center;
$50 per hour for Investigators outside of Washington University.
For industry contracts, contact for details.
Standard Washington University Division of Comparative Medicine (DCM) per diem charges will apply to each individual investigator. Additional fees will apply if investigators outside of Washington University require transportation of their animals to the facility.
