Troubleshooting

Incorrect display of graphics or text

The Gateway is best viewed with Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. Use of Safari or other web browsers may cause functional and/or display issues.

Unauthorized Message

Upon login to the Gateway: Only WUSTL faculty and staff have access to login to the Gateway. If you are faculty/staff and have received an Unauthorized message upon login, your user profile is configured incorrectly. Please contact Customer Support at 314.935.5707.

After clicking on a link from the Gateway Menu of Activities: Access to the systems behind the Gateway varies by user security. If you have received an Unauthorized message to a system that you should have access to, your profile is configured incorrectly. Please contact Customer Support at 314.935.5707.
