General Information
On March 4 - 6, 2009, Washington University in St. Louis hosted the first in a series of four conferences to help set the research agenda for the NIH Office for Research on Women’s Health (ORWH). Thanks to all those who participated in making this event a success! The remaining three conferences will be held at:

This conference included input from a variety of stakeholder groups including: researchers, clinicians, patients, advocacy groups, community organizations, and industry. In addition, many Program Officers and Leaders from NIH Institutes and Centers actively participated in the event. |

Stakeholder commentary regarding all areas related to women's health research was included. In addition, the conference addressed specific topical
Areas of Need and Interest related to women's health. All ideas and recommendations gathered during this conference will be used to formulate future ORWH and NIH funding priorities, including the development of new programs, grants, and requests for applications (RFAs).
