Survey on Research Ramp-up Activities

Published June 9, 2020

Dear Washington University Faculty, staff and trainees,

As mentioned in a recent communication, on-campus laboratory-based research activities on both campuses are currently at the “Orange Level.” As we closely monitor the ramp-up activities, it is important that we are aware of the issues and challenges you face, not only to address them, but to inform future planning activities and decisions. As we plan a move to the “yellow” level with greater research activity on campus, we will need to address any problem areas prior to the transition.

To facilitate this assessment, the OVCR has developed a brief anonymous survey to obtain feedback on your experiences, where the challenges are, where procedures need to be adjusted, and where communication needs to be improved.

If you are a laboratory researcher (faculty, staff, trainee), I ask that you please complete this survey so we can determine where to target our resources to help you best.

To complete the survey please visit this link. The survey will be available now through June 16, 2020, and will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
Please contact my Chief of Staff, Johnnie Cartwright (cartwrightj@wustl.edu) with questions or issues with the survey.

Sincerely,
Jennifer Lodge, PhD
Vice Chancellor for Research
