Research Infrastructure Services (RIS)​ and Becker Library are offering a series of Computing Basics workshops in November. These virtual workshops are designed for those without any prior experience using High Performance Computing (HPC) environments and the RIS Scientific Compute platform.

Submitting Jobs to RIS Scientific Compute Platform

This workshop will introduce basic commands for submitting jobs to the queue on the RIS compute platform via the command line. Attendees will learn how to submit and run jobs/tasks using Docker and queuing system commands.
