Training in the electronic PAR System is required for all Effort Coordinators. These required training sessions will feature hands-on computer training in ePARS navigation and operation test data within the ePARS training environment.
Effort Coordinators will manage the overall effort certification process within his/her department/division.
Effort Coordinators will be expected to monitor, review and process effort reports for faculty and staff working on sponsored projects.
Sessions will be led by staff from Sponsored Projects Accounting and Information Services & Technology.

Building and Parking information
Address: 4480 Clayton. The building is located at the corner of Clayton and Taylor.
Room: 1101. The training room is located on the 1st floor in room 1101. It is directly down the hallway as you walk in.
Clayton Garage: The garage is across the street from 1140 Clayton. If you have a parking pass from a different campus you can park in the Clayton garage for free up to 20 hours in a single week. Pull a ticket when you drive in and then write the parking pass number on the ticket. You have to exit out of the garage where the cashier is (Clayton exit) and give the ticket to the cashier. If you do not have a parking pass from another campus, you have to pay to park here.
There are a metro link stops a few blocks away, with shuttle service to the Clayton Garage (across the streeet from 4480 Clayton).
- From the Cortex Station, proceed to the BJC@Commons building to get on the Clayton-South (purple) shuttle.
- From the Central West End Station, proceed to the Mid Campus Center to get on the Clayton-South (purple) shuttle.
