You must use Chrome when accessing SUBS. Other browsers are not supported.

To request access email wucontracts@email.wustl.edu requesting access to the subs system and copy your manager.
Security access is no longer based on department. All department users have access to all sub-agreement information.

Subrecipient Risk Assessments
The subrecipients’ risk assessment categories are no longer tracked via the table in WUSTL Box. The risk categorization for each subrecipient collaborator is available in the SUBSystem. Please use the Find Project search screen and enter the name of the specific subrecipient. The search results will display the Risk Category if the risk assessment has been completed.
Supported Browser
Chrome is the only supported browser for SUBS. Using other browsers may result in missing information or menu items.
