Uniform Guidance

All federal funding (grants, contracts, etc.) must adhere to the Office of Management and Budget’s Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, 2 CFR Part 200, commonly referred to as the Uniform Guidance (UG). The UG establishes requirements and guidance relating to costs allowed on federal grants.

The Uniform Guidance was updated for new awards and incremental/supplemental funding awards made on or after October 1, 2024.
