Per the discussion at the Research Administrator Forums last week, Purchasing Services and Sponsored Projects Accounting have drafted a set of guidelines for the implementation of Procurement under the Uniform Guidance. The related UG edits in FIS will be implemented on 6/6/18. A more detailed review of this issue will be provided via STAR “Hot Topics” sessions on 5/31/18.
