MyDay Finance and Human Resources Project Page Launch

Published September 4, 2018

A new web page has been deployed for the Workday Finance and Human Resources implementation. This page contains background information on the project, and will link to raw notes, presentations, and other meeting artifacts from the working groups sessions in order to enable transparency into the Workday scoping and requirements gathering sessions.

We encourage you to share this web page with your staff and campus groups to help ensure we capture the needs and requirements of all university departments, schools, and units. We will also share this link as part of routine cadence of MyDay program communications and updates.

This web page will be iterative. Over the next few weeks, we will roll out additional content for the page, including a more detailed timeline and decision log for the Workday HR and Finance implementation, further detail about the Workday modules we already know are in scope, and more information on Workday and Collaborative Solutions. We will also add the key topics covered in each working group on the individual working groups pages.

We plan to launch web pages for each of the other MyDay projects as we learn more. Most notably, we plan to launch an Integrations project page in order to share progress with the Integrations inventory, and encourage the university community to reach out to the project team with any integrations we may have missed.

For those who are interested in the Workday 101 material, we have uploaded the capture from these sessions to the Resources section of the MyDay website.

Please contact Alexis Kim, Beth Lee, or Ellen Rostand if you have any questions about the Workday HR and Finance web page or working groups pages. We also welcome questions via MyDay@wustl.edu.
