New Form for Invoice Requests in Monday.com for Research Administration

A new form to submit invoice requests for Award Groups Fixed Fee, Fixed Price and Hybrid* awards to Sponsored Projects Accounting (SPA) is now available on the Financial Services Forms webpage. Requests to process invoices can only be submitted after required milestones or deliverables (e.g. patient enrollment, progress reports) have been met.

*Not sure what type of award you are managing? Navigate to the Award Overview tab in Workday and locate the Award Group. This form is only eligible for Award Groups Fixed Fee, Fixed Price or Hybrid. If Award Group is blank, reach out to SPA.

Starting November 4, 2024, the form is available to submit SPA invoice requests.

Form Instructions

  1. Complete the online form, entering in a department contact email.
  2. This email immediately receives a summary of the information entered in the form.
  3. After SPA processes the request, the department contact receives an email. If SPA submitted  the invoice, the email contains a link that shows how to locate a copy of the invoice from Workday.

Starting November 18, 2024, only the new form will be accepted for these invoice requests.
Emailed requests will be redirected to complete the online form instead.

A department view to track invoice requests will be available at a later date.
