3 new reports are available for Research Administrators.
RPT7511, is a monthly expense outline for a grant. This report will show all months of a grant from the start of a project. If you expand on salaries, the report will display all individuals that were paid from the grant and the applicable percentage.
RPT7512 will display all personnel under the supervisory organization of the PI, including the PI. The report will display 100% of costing allocations and approximate salary per allocation.
RPT7513 will display costing allocations compared to actual distributions by month, with obligations into the future based on the PCAs. The report will display 100% of the workers allocations. This report will indicate a month where the costing allocation may need to be adjusted due to an end date of grant support.
